Welcome to JL Performance a one stop shop for all your mobile tuning and performance needs. We offer tuning solutions ranging from remapping of the engine control unit of your vehicle, to tuning boxes for Diesel and some Petrol models through to hardware modifications to suit your needs. When undertaking a remap of your vehicle, we offer various levels of tune depending on your requirements and we can tailor a remap to your requirements.

Economy Tuning
Increasingly popular with many motorists due to rising fuel prices, we are able to recalibrate the ECU to improve fuel efficiency through improving engine torque delivery. The increase in torque will allow fewer gear changes and accelerator pedal movement thus resulting in improved MPG and drivability.

Performance Tuning - Whether your car is a small, economic petrol vehicle or a high performance supercar, there's always power that can be released from a remap. Our tuning is carried out in a safe, responsible way - a bit more power is useless if your vehicle becomes unreliable, smokes or breaks down. When it comes to hardware modifications we can offer a number of different brands of performance exhausts, induction kits, suspension modifications and most importantly, brakes to compliment any performance enhancements to your vehicle.

Most tuners offer DPF (diesel particulate filter) removal and EGR off solutions which we can also offer but we recommend these services for off road only vehicles. For the times where these services aren't applicable we use our specialist Terraclean repair tools to unblock DPF's and to clean egr valves and the entire system through to the turbo. With these types of clean we can also clean carbon fouled turbo vanes. We can also use this equipment to unclog inlet manifolds and carbon fouled swirl flaps.

We also offer the regular Terraclean fuel services as seen on TV's Wheeler Dealers. This is not a repair service but a preventative maintenance service which helps to restore lost performance, improve fuel economy and the vehicle will emit cleaner exhaust emissions.
